morning oatmeal that has zippy flavor. Its texture is so creamy, you'd swear it's bad for you!
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 oz. Greek yogurt
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cooked oatmeal
2 oz. nuts and seeds
1 tsp. ground flax seeds
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. oat bran
1 tbsp. raisins
Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients together in a cereal bowl. Pour enough boiling water to cover it all, stir it up, cover with a plate or lid and let it stand for 1 minute or so, until it's thickened. If it's too thick, add a little more water and stir until you get the consistency you like. Then stir in the Greek yogurt and enjoy!
This is the creamiest, most decadent-tasting oatmeal and keeps me full all morning with no cravings! Hope you like it too!
