"Instant" Oatmeal with Sunflower Seeds And Raisins

Make up bags or containers in advance and store them in the freezer. This is an easy breakfast or morning snack to eat at work.


  • 1/3 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 oz. sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbs. raisins
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil


The list of ingredients makes one serving. Place the first four ingredients for each serving in a zipper bag or small container. Make as many servings as you want. When ready to eat, pour the ingredients into a coffee mug; add approximately 3/4 cup of boiling water; add coconut oil and stir. Wait about 5 minutes and it's ready to eat.
