Amazingly satisfying for a quick and healthy mid-morning or afternoon snack.
1/2 banana
1 oz. almonds
1 tsp. flax seeds
1 tsp. honey, raw
1 dsh. cinnamon
2 tbsp. yogurt
1 c. ice
1/4 c. canned coconut milk
1/4 c. almond milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
