DIY condiment - no salt or flour in this mustard!

Ingredients

    8 tbsp. mustard seed

    4 oz. water

    3 oz. lemon juice

    2 tbsp. honey, raw

    1 tsp. paprika

Directions

Soak seeds in the water and lemon juice at room temperature overnight. (It doesn't have to be made as soon as you get up - it can sit longer.) Place seeds with the water and lemon juice in a food processor with an 'S' blade. Add honey and paprika, and blend 2 - 3 minutes, until creamy. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of hot mustard. Place into a jar and cover. Store in fridge. Will keep for months.

NOTE: I make mine in a Vita Mix Machine (I don't have a conventional blender). Don't use a mini food chopper even though it has an 'S' blade because it doesn't work.
