You will be surprised how filling this simple hot breakfast cereal can be, especially if coconut milk is used.5
1/2 c. canned coconut milk
1/2 c. ground flax seeds
1/4 c. walnuts
cinnamon to taste
1 c. berries
Combine all ingredients together in a small pot and cook on medium temperature for 5 minutes. If berries are not frozen then you can add at the end instead of cooking them with the rest.
