Easy to make, just put everything in one pot, my little cousins loved it. note, everything is raw/ organic, and I just put an estimate time, You can keep cooking and adding water until you feel everything is well cooked.
4 tsp. butter
4 tsp. maple syrup
3 c. water
1/4 c. canned coconut milk
1 c. white quinoa
1 c. steel cut oats
1 dsh. raisins
1 dsh. almonds
1 dsh. frozen blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon
1.I used a medium size pot 2.Melt the butter, and add all the liquids ( maple syrup, water, milk) bring them to boil 3. wash the oats and quinoa together in a separate bowl, rinse from water, and add them to the boiling mix. 4. let them cook for about 5- 7 minutes 5. add the almonds, raisins and the ground cinnamon to the mix 6. once you feel the mix thick enough and not watery anymore, add the fresh blueberries and gently stir for 1 minute. 7. turn off the stove once you see a good thick mix. Let it cool down a bit then serve in bowls, I had half a bowl and it filled me.
Enjoy!!!
