This recipe will make you question why you ever doubted Brussels sprouts! It's sweet and delicious and uses two of our favorite ingredients: raw honey and apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients

    3/4 lbs. brussels sprouts

1 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    black pepper to taste

    1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

    1 tsp. honey, raw

Directions

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Remove stems and chop Brussel sprouts in half. In a medium bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon olive oil, sea salt, and pepper (optional). Transfer sprouts to baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even browning, until tender.

Combine remaining ½ tablespoon olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a small bowl.

Place roasted sprouts back into medium bowl and let cool for 1 minute. Add olive oil, vinegar, and honey mixture and toss to coat evenly.
