I put together two different recipes and tasted until I got what I liked! I use this on pork to make pulled barbecue pork.
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
5 tbsp. honey, raw
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. coconut aminos
Put all of these ingredients in a pan on the stove on medium. Stir and warm until boiling thenturn it down and let it simmer-the longer it simmers the better it tastes. I put mine over shredded pork tenderloin in the crockpot for about 30-60 mins. but you could use it for anything-just after you simmer it for about 20-30 mins. then put it in a glass jar and refrigerate.
