A great alternative to dairy milk!
1 c. almonds
4 c. water
1 pinch stevia
1 pinch sea salt
Place the almonds in filtered water (enough to cover the almonds) for a minimum of 4 hours.
After soaking, combine almonds, 3-6 cups water, stevia, and sea salt in a blender or food processor. Blend everything together until the texture is creamy. You can add more water as needed and depending on your taste - add more water if you like it thin, or use less water to get a thicker, “whipped cream” consistency. Store in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator.
