This is for people who, like me, can't enjoy salads unless they have creamy dressings. I used avocado to form the creamy base.
1/3 avocado
6 oz. Greek yogurt
1 egg
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 dsh. sea salt
1 dsh. black pepper
1 dsh. turmeric
1 dsh. cayenne pepper
Hard boil an egg.
Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend on "puree" until smooth and creamy.
