High Protein Cinnamon Maple Oatmeal

You won't even taste the egg whites in this and on a morning that you wake up HUNGRY, this will fill you up.


  • stevia to taste
  • 1 tbs. maple syrup
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 8 egg
  • 2/3 c. old-fashioned oats


Cook oats to desired consistency. Boil eggs, peel, and discard yolks. Finely chop egg whites and mix into oatmeal. Divide into 2 servings - eat half now, store other half in refrigerator. Add cinnamon and stevia to the half you're eating now, to taste. You will probably need to add more water for a smooth creamy consistency. Or, for a real treat, add a little almond milk or coconut milk.
