1 c. kale
1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Pulse the greens in a food processor until very finely chopped. Combine greens and ground beef in a mixing bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Use hands to mix until just combined. Form into 2 patties. Grill or cook on the stovetop.
