Melt in the Mouth Sausages


    1/2 tsp. black pepper

    16 oz. pork tenderloin

    1 hndfl. fresh chives

    1 hndfl. fresh parsley

    4 clove garlic

    1/2 tsp. sea salt


add the chives and parsley to food processor , blast briefly til finely chopped, add the garlic blast briefly add the pieces of pork, salt and pepper (you can you more or less depending on your taste) blast the lot until the mixture is sticky, it may look quite green tinged due to the fresh herbs, dont let this put you off Divide into 16 and roll in to balls initially then "sausage shapes" Grill or shallow fry using a little coconut oil

Can be for breakfast, lunch or dinner, Can be frozen on a tray then packed for meal sized portions too (dont freeze together they are too sticky)
