This is a smoothie that is great for Breakfast, Lunch or anytime as it is full of protein and heart healthy fruits and vegetables.
11 3/16 fl oz. coconut water
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
12 almonds
1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
2 hndfl. baby spinach
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
4 lrg. frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
