Quick and easy high protein meal.
1 sprouted whole grain tortilla
3 oz. ham
2 tbsp. cottage cheese
1 tsp. honey, raw
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 sml. tomato
1/4 cucumber
Mix the honey and mustard together (add your own ingredients if you want). Add it to your wrap with the rest of your ingredients.
