Yummy chili.
12 oz. tomato sauce
1 lbs. ground turkey
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 lrg. onion
2 garlic
1 med. bell pepper, any color
28 oz. crushed tomatoes, canned
15 oz. canned pinto beans
2 tsp. chili powder
sea salt & black pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, brown ground turkey in olive oil. Spoon out any excess fat. Add chopped onion, chopped garlic, and chopped bell pepper, and sauté until veggies are soft, about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
