Great tasting and easy marinade for swordfish steaks on the grill.
2 garlic
3 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. wheat-free soy sauce
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, organic
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 pce. swordfish
1 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley
Combine the garlic, white wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix to blend and pour into quart size zip lock baggie. Place swordfish steaks in the marinade, zip and refrigerate for 1 hour turning frequently. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill swordfish steaks for 5-6 minutes on each side. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
