Awesome nutrient-dense smoothie with berries, microgreens, and ginger!

Ingredients

    1 med. banana

    1 c. frozen berries

    1 sml. pear

    2 c. baby spinach

    1 c. kale

    1 tsp. fresh ginger

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1 dsh. cardamom

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
