A combination of healthy carbs and proteins make for a delicious smoothie!
1/2 med. banana
1/4 c. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 c. baby spinach
1 tbsp. almond milk
3 ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Notes: Use more or less almond milk as needed to create desired consistency. If using frozen bananas, leave ice out of the mixture.
