a quick n tasty lunch or snack on the go, using your blender!
1 tbsp. flax seeds
1 c. water
1 tbsp. Athletic Greens
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 pear
Simply put everything in the blender and blend til smooth. Can add more/less water based on preference for thickness. Really satisfying!
