Green Goddess Smoothie

I like to have this for lunch, it's smooth, tasty and satisfying.


    1 c. coconut water

    1 c. ice

    1/2 lemon

    1 kiwi, fresh, organic

    17 green grapes

    1/2 cucumber

    1 Granny Smith apple

    1/2 c. spinach

    1/4 avocado


Put all ingredients in a blender such as a Vitamix and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy.
