Green Goddess Shake

This tasty green smoothie makes a GREAT snack!


    1 c. kale

    1 avocado

    1 med. banana

    2 c. almond milk

    2 c. spinach

    2 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate

    2 tbsp. spirulina powder

    2 tbsp. nut butter

    1 c. frozen berries

    2 tsp. chia seeds

    2 tsp. flax seeds

    stevia to taste


Place all of the ingredients into a blend and mix until everything is emulsified. Serve and enjoy!
