Quick, easy and tasty side dish!
1 med. tomato
4 oz. mild cheddar cheese
onion powder to taste
garlic powder to taste
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 lbs. green beans
Dice the tomato, and saute it in olive oil with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and shredded cheddar until tomatoes are soft (a few minutes). Add trimmed green beans, and stir well. Cover and simmer until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Top with some more shredded cheddar and serve!
