The creamiest guacamole!
1 med. avocado
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1/2 med. tomato
2 tbsp. red onion
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Scoop out the flesh of avocado and mash in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in the Greek yogurt, mixing until creamy. Add chopped tomato and diced onion; mix until just combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, etc. to serve more people. Other vegetables and seasonings can also be added to create a different taste. It's easy to play around with the recipe for this guacamole!
