This is a delicious sauce to top grilled chicken or salmon... or use it as a veggie dip with sliced bell pepper, carrot sticks, celery, or cucumber slices.
1 lemon
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. fresh dill weed
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 c. Greek yogurt
Combine Greek yogurt, the juice of one lemon, minced garlic, dill, sea salt, and pepper. Mix together and refrigerate. Serve over grilled chicken or salmon, or with veggies as a snack.
