Excellent post workout snack or heathy treat. I prefer this over ice cream :-)
4 oz. Greek yogurt
1 c. frozen fruit
1 tbsp. canned coconut milk
1 pinch stevia
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
You can choose any variety or combinations of fruits that you please. I've used raspberry, strawberry, mixed berries, peaches, banana, and my favorite,....mango. The final mixture will be similar to soft serve ice cream and, to me, tastes more refreshing and tastier than ice cream.
