These are the first turkey burgers that I have ever liked!
20 oz. ground turkey
1 sml. black olives
3 oz. feta cheese
1 tsp. garlic
1 pinch fresh oregano
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Mix together, form six patties. Grill or cook in pan. Don't over cook ( they get too dry). Serve on approved buns, or I just plop it on top of salad greens with a little Vinaigrette. Good stuff.
