GREEK SALAD

Wonderful Greek Salad I used 1/3 Cup of dressing for Greek salad for two. Use this dressing to marinade chicken or pork, use on cooked veggies or even other types of salads. Make a quart canning jar.

Ingredients

    1 c. white wine vinegar

    1 dijon mustard

    1 tbsp. sea salt

    1 tbsp. black pepper

    3 tsp. oregano, ground, organic

    1 tbsp. garlic powder

    1 tbsp. onion powder

    1/3 c. feta cheese

    1 sml. green bell pepper

    1/2 can black olives

    1/2 red onion

    12 cherry tomatoes

    1/2 English cucumber

    1 c. red wine vinegar

    1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Directions- Large canning jar (Quart) container, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and Dijon-style mustard. Pour in the vinegar, and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Greek salad for two ½ English cucumber skin on diced 12 grape tomatoes cut them in half ½ med red onion diced ½ - 125ml can of sliced black olives Small green pepper diced 1/3 of crumbled Feta Toss with 1/3 cup of the dressing you’ve made above
