Greek Meatballs

Finger-food meatballs - serve with Tzatziki Sauce.


    1/2 lbs. ground beef

    1 clove garlic

    1 tsp. lemon zest

    1/2 tsp. dried oregano

    1/4 tsp. ground cumin

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use hands to mix together.

Form mixture into 8 balls, arrange on baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with Tzatziki Sauce.
