This smoothie is delicious, fills me up, and satiates me until morning snack. Because this recipe makes 2 servings, I have shared it with my family (my 4-year-old loves it), or taken the other half to work as snack during the day or for lunch. I suspect it will keep in the fridge, covered, until the next day and is likely freezable as well.
4 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 banana
2 egg white
1 c. kale
canned coconut milk to taste
Just whirl it all up in the blender!
