a great way to greet the day!
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 lemon
stevia to taste
2 c. water
bring water to a boil and add powdered herbs and simmer for ten minutes. Strain out the tea into a mug and stir in lemon and sweetener. serve warm.
My favorite sweetener is maple syrup but I tried it with stevia extract the other day and its also really good that way :)
