It only takes three ingredients to make these gluten-free bases for delicious personal pizzas!
1/2 c. tapioca flour
1 c. canned coconut milk
1 tsp. coconut oil
1/2 c. almond flour
Mix almond flour, tapioca flour, and coconut milk together. Heat 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour batter in pan to make 4 naan total. Spread the batter in the pan to desired thickness. Once the batter has fluffed up and looks firm, flip it over and cook the other side.
Now it's time for the toppings! These pizzas used extra virgin olive oil, raw mozzarella cheese, bacon, and pineapple on one and sausage, raw cheese, onions, and mushrooms on the other. Be creative and use your favorites! Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted.
