Full of vitamins, minerals and super high in antioxidants. This will leave you feeling clean and healthy inside and out.
1 hndfl. spinach
1 c. mixed berries
2 c. water
1 whole lemon
1 whole orange
1 fresh ginger
1 banana
2 kale
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and no more chunkies are visible. Depending how much/what type of berries I put in, the smoothie color ranges from neon green to lovely brown. It still tastes good though. You can store it in the fridge for later, but you will have to blend it up again before serving. :)
Note: Each serving contains about 1.5 carbs.
