Delicious combo for a cleansing smoothie!
1/2 med. frozen banana
1 med. pear
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. chia seeds
1/2 c. homemade coconut milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
