Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Easy and delicious way to prepare Brussels sprouts!


    1/2 lbs. brussels sprouts

    1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    2 clove garlic

    1 tsp. lemon juice

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1/4 c. parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Trim Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Place halves in a bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes, flipping the sprouts halfway through. When the sprouts are lightly browned, remove from oven, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
