Garlic Lime Salmon

A simple (but delicious) marinade for wild-caught salmon.


    1/2 lbs. salmon

    2 tsp. lime juice

    1 tsp. lime zest

    1 clove garlic

    2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

    2 tsp. fresh parsley


Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon on baking sheet.

Combine lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, avocado oil, and chopped parsley in a small bowl. Pour mixture over salmon on baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
