Garlic Crusted Rack of Lamb

My first time making Lamb and it turned out perfect!


    8 clove garlic

    1/4 c. fresh rosemary

    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

    sea salt to taste

    black pepper to taste

    2 lbs. lamb

    1 tbsp. coconut oil


1) Preheat oven to 450° Fahrenheit. 2) Grease 8 x 11 glass oven safe baking dish with coconut oil or other.
3) Add all but lamb into Small (bullet) blender, pulse until combined 4) Dab rack of lamb to remove excess moisture. 5) Rub lamb with mixed ingredient and put into prepared baking pan 6) Let set 1 hour 7) Bake at 450 for approximately 16 minutes.
8) Let rest for 10 minutes, or until ready to serve. 9) Carve, serve and enjoy!!
