Fruit Smoothie

My mother taught me this basic smoothie recipe some 25 years ago. It is very versatile, and everything in it is good for you.


    1 c. frozen fruit

    1/2 c. Greek yogurt

    1/2 c. canned coconut milk

    1/2 banana

    1 tbsp. flax seeds

    1/2 c. water


Place all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth.

Add ice or additional water as needed to reach desired consistency.
