This is a great post-workout or mid-morning snack!
1 c. almond milk
1 c. frozen blueberries
1/4 med. frozen peaches
1 med. orange
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
1/2 c. water
Peel and slice the orange.
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for at least one minute on high.
If using fresh fruit, add ice to the blender instead of water.
