Fruit Dip

Can be served as an appetizer, dessert, or snack. This dip may be used with any fruit, but goes best with apples, bananas, or strawberries. (I don't know the serving information, because I don't know how to calculate it!)


    1 tsp. honey, raw

    1 dsh. cinnamon

    1 tbsp. almond butter

    1/2 c. Greek yogurt


1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt or greek yogurt 1 tbsp All natural Almond or Cashew butter Cinnamon (as much as you'd like) 1 tsp honey

Mix together until smooth or creamy and serve with fruit.
