One of my favorite morning snacks that fills me up and gives me the perfect amount of energy!
1 dsh. cinnamon
1 tbsp. honey, raw
17 red grapes
1/4 c. Greek yogurt
1/2 oz. walnuts
1/2 med. banana
1 dsh. vanilla extract
Mix greek yogurt, vanilla, choice of stevia or honey, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add grapes, banana, and walnuts. Stir together and enjoy!
*3 carbs if you use honey. 2 carbs if you use stevia instead.
