Fruit and Nut Cereal

Warm Fruit and Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 oz. walnuts
  • 2 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c. white quinoa
  • 1 tsp. coconut sugar

Directions

Place first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and let simmer for about 10-15 mins. Place in bowl add xylotle cinnamon and walnuts and mix,then top with berries and yogurt. taste fantastic and very filling.
