Great salsa recipe.....even for those who aren't sure they like cranberries! Tastes great with celery or apple slices, forget the chips and crackers.
1 cranberries
3/4 c. coconut sugar
1 bch. green onion
1 bch. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
2 jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. lime juice
Put cranberries in food processor or blender until partly chopped. Add sweetener and pulse a few times to combine. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until all are copped and mixture is well combined. Put mixture into glass container with tight fitting lid and chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with celery sticks or apple slices.
