Ground flax seeds are an effective and gentle BB (bowel booster). Tasty like a treat!
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 tsp. shredded coconut
Boil water. Pour 1/2 cup into a bowl. Add the ground flax seeds and shredded coconut. Stir and wait a couple of minutes until the flax seeds have turned soft and smooth. Enjoy!
Flax seeds are a phenomenal source of Omega-3. 2 Tbsp of the ground Flax Seeds is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of Flax Oil = 1 FAT. We hit two birds with one stone here!
