A fun change of pace for fish!
2 oz. tilapia
1/4 c. lettuce
1/8 c. diced tomatoes, fresh
3 tbsp. coconut oil
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 garlic
1 sml. sprouted whole grain tortilla
1 pinch cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
1 oz. avocado
1 slc. lemon
Saute fish in coconut oil Add spices Lay fish on paper towel Chop lettuce, tomato Slice avocado Create taco on SWG wrap: layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, fish, cilantro Wrap it up and enjoy!
