I saw this recipe on Dr.Oz for weight loss. Haven't tried making them, tell me how they turn out!
2 c. cooked chickpeas
1 egg
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. carrot
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 date
2 tsp. water
Blend chickpeas with wet ingredients until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bake in muffin tins for approximately 20 minutes.
