A fast, easy option for an on-the-go lunch.
12 oz. canned white tuna
1 stlk. celery
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 tbsp. red onion
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 c. homemade mayonnaise
Combine tuna, diced celery, finely chopped parsley, and diced onion in a mixing bowl. Add homemade mayonnaise. Season to taste with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Eat as is, in a lettuce wrap, or on sprouted grain bread.
