This chicken is a fall off the bone deliciousness!
1 whole whole chicken
3 stlk. celery stalk, fresh, organic
1 onion
1 seasoning or spices of your liking
3 carrot
1 red potatoes
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Rinse the chicken with water and remove the bag from inside containing the neck and liver. Rub the chicken with everyday seasoning and place in the crockpot. Put the carrots, celery, potatoes and onions around the chicken (you can even put some inside the chicken if you like). You can choose how much veggies you want, I just went by look. You don't need any broth or water because the steam from the chicken will create a broth. Shake a little more seasoning on the veggies and cover the crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours. Add salt and pepper to your taste (optional) and enjoy! The meat will literally be falling off the bones when you serve it! And there's plenty of left overs for lunch and dinner meals :)
