    1 lbs. white or gold potatoes

    2 tbsp. butter

    1 c. almond flour

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1 tbsp. coconut oil


Peel and boil potatoes. Once they are fork tender drain the water and place back into the pot and mash them.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with butter. Then add almond flour.

Knead flour in to make a pliable dough then roll out the dough and cut into patties about 1-2-inches thick.

Heat a griddle, add coconut oil and cook until golden on both sides.
