A great start to any day, you will find the only taste is the fruit. It works for a quick lunch to enjoy. Choose Seedless grapes and a medium banana!
10 red grapes
2 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tsp. flaxseed oil
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 banana
2 egg
10 frozen blueberries
Break up banana by hand. Put all ingredients in blender for 2-3 min. or until all blended you can change your fruit up to what you like better staying with in your carbs. You can use more yogurt less eggs staying with in your Proteins
